Ok im trying to help a friend out. They try to install Windows 7 upgrade to a Windows XP sytem. its on an HP pavilion 807w. When they attempted this it had a complete system crash. They then tried to go and reinstall XP to recover it. Once they did this it had just froze everytime it went to the desk top. I finally got it to go onto the internet and started microsoft downloads and barely got the windows download tool installed and it froze. Now it just goes to desktop and then freezes and reboots and does it over and over. It had never let me F10 for the recovery console but will let me F1 for setup and ESC for boot sequence. Any help will do PLEASE. Thanks JOE
