I recently got a terrible virus that crashed my comp. its a very old comp and i have lost the cds to reformat and would to get it running again. have lots of files i should of backed up, but didnt. Im looking for a good rescue cd that has been updated that can take care of the "Internet Security 2010 virus"

At work here we use two, either Kaspersky or Bitdefender.

I'm not sure what is the 'best', but I'm sure you will get some other suggestions too :)
