firefox 3.5 problem

Hi was using ff2 upgraded to ff3.5.5 things are ok and i like ff3 for 1 thing i play chess when i go to use the free internet chess sever ff just shuts down tried it in safe mode same thing but i can play it on IE no problems,and i use footiefox addon for some reason i can't get in English always in German help thanks.ps these are the site i have trouble with http://www.freechess.org and http://www.chessgames.com/
