Hi,
Click on my controls near the top right, then click on view topics in left side column.
Then place a tick next to topics you want to stop getting emails from.
Scroll down to bottom and either unsubscribe or use drop down box to select no emails.

I would check with your ISP, it seems they keep resending the same message. It's not being sent from this site.

It might be a virus, such as the netsky that has our address in an infected user's address book.
