while using my dell 6000 inspiron, i got this pop up saying that there had been an unexpected terminating problem in c\windows\system32\lsass.exe and my system would now shut down in 1 min and reboot. it does this over and over with no way to get out of the loop excpt to just shut the system down.. i have tried to restart in safe mode, and all the other options as well, ran complete diagnostics and found no problems. is there a fix for this? i have a firewall, avast updated virus protection. any help would be appreciated.
