Possible Malware taking over

My computer is running super slow - ever application I run takes 4-5 minutes to load.

I followed all the step and the systems found Malwares & Trojan Horses, which it successfully removed.

After rebooting though, I still have the same problem. I've attached the files as indicated in the instructions.

Any help you can provide would be huge!!
