I have no default gateway...?

I have a wireless router but I can't connect to wifi from my ipod touch and I tried going to the router adress but I have no gateway.. Here's a picture.

What do I do....?
I'm about to quit.
:)

it's a netgear router and I cant login to it because I have to go to the address to get to it but it doesn't load, unless there is another way to log in to it.

I'm not an expert with iPod touch's but can you set the IP manually?
do you have DHCP on on your network? If so the iPod should get all its setting manually, have you tried just turning the iPod off and on again ( I know it sound silly, but my laptop doesn't recognise a default gw once it wakes from sleep - vista)
