rdriv.sys virus

I found a trojan using my symantec scan. It is on a file called rdriv.sys in system 32 folder. I tried deleting the file in safe mode but it keeps coming back. I am also getting pop-ups from a bullseye network. How do I get rid of this thing? Help please!
