Evening,
Both my CD/RW and DVD drives have stopped appearing in the My Computer drop down listing.They no longer appear when I open System Information, but I my son has just managed to play a CD based game on the PC.
I am confused -any suggestions.

i think some of your connections in your computer have come loose. if you feel comfortable, you might wanna open up your computer and make sure all the cables from the drives are secure
