Win 32/Olmarik Trojan in operating system

Ugh, I got that 'Malware Defender' ad and after it popping up every 2 seconds for about a few hours, it downloaded itself onto my computer. ESET NOD32 said that I had some operating system trojan. I've tried, but it's not letting me use malwarebytes, combofix, or spybot s&d in safe mode.

AND it's not letting me install hijackthis. :/
