Standby mode failed?

Well, this is not happening until recently. I don't know what's going on but I was changing the cpu fans couple months ago.
Usually when I put my PC on standby, all fans and hardware are off except memory ram of course.
But now, everytime I want to put my PC into standby mode, the fans are running.....
What's going on?
