When was the last time, you cleaned inside the case?

Download, and install SpeedFan: http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
Post your computer temperatures:

Provide processor info (hold Windows logo key, and hit Pause/Break key to find out).

Its PFN_LIST_CORRUPT.
I can't seem to find any 'beginner' answer for this problem....
I don't wish to open up the cpu and plug out anything

I still need info, I asked for: SpeedFan readings and processor info.

At the same time....
Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
