Please help. My computer is running slow and it takes about 2 minutes for the web browser to finally load up. Once it does, I only get about 5 minutes or so of internet usage until it shuts off and stops working all together. I can't use AIM, or the internet or anything. I have to restart my computer in order to get back online but then the routine continues. I called verizon and they say everything looks fine from their end so I think its virus related. They also me restart my router but that did not help. I also cannot update windows at all and I have not done so in a while and I need to. Please please help if you can. Thankyou.
