Computer hangs when I try to open any folder

It happened like two days ago. I tried to open My documents folder and the computer just hanged. I restarted it and try to open the same folder and it hanged again. Other folders won't open, too. I found a thread (http://www.geekstogo...pen-t48741.html) about the same problem in this forum and I followed what it instructed (well, not all of what it said). After that, I tried to open a folder and it worked. About a day, today actually, I tried to open a folder and it hanged again. I tried to scan using Ewido (that was indicated in the said thread), and it found nothing now. Please help me, I'm new here and I'm not kinda like a geek on computers. Thanks in advance!
