I have OpenSUSE on another partition and am trying to remove it safely as I need the had drive space. I've read that I could start by booting the XP CD and going into recover, but when I boot into the CD, I see the messages: "Press any key to boot to CD", I press a key and then "Setup is check hardware configuration", then nothing - just a black screen. I give it 10 minutes but it seems to be stuck there. So it's booting to CD and stopping. ANy ideas as to what's holding it up?
Thanks
