Will this graphics card work in my system?

I have the Asus M4N78 PRO motherboard and it has onboard graphics (Nvidia Geforce 8300). I have found a graphics card i would like to put in the system: HERE

The graphics card is made by MSI and i wondering if this will work in my system or does the graphics card have to be made by Nvidia? Also if this graphics card will work, do i have to disable my onboard graphics card through device manager?

The graphics card that is listed above has become unavailable, but i found another card: HERE
Its the Asus EN9500GT 1GB.
