My name is terry,
I can't open my task manager. It says adim.only and i am the adim. Overall computer is slow and when watching videos they are taking a long time to buffer than they did.

Try the following.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\taskmgr.exe.Right click->Properties->secutity->See if your account has full control to the application.If you do not give it.

can't find taskmgr.exe but i do find taskmgr

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
