Hello,
on january 3rd our desktop windows xp computer was infected with malware and porn. We have three computer use accounts, and if we try to start windows normally, the administrator account is completely full of malware pop ups and is impossible to navigate. The secondary accounts however are navigatable, but we cannot get spybot, command prompt, or system restore to work. Most of the time we cannot get safe mode to run, and we are pretty much running out of options. We have too much saved to that computer to lose it, so someone please save my sanity and tell me there's a way out of this. Thanks so much.
