I felt that I had to write to say thanks and to show my appreciation for the help that I received on your forum.

What started as me noticing that my ZoneAlarm was telling me that something that I didn't recognise was trying to access the internet, after some research quickly turned into me realising that I had a virus! I had used your forum in the past, but mainly for general advice on hardware, software and for anti virus/spyware tools. I posted up my problem and received some great help from piano9playa5 who fixed the problem - hats off to him for some great support!

Reading through some of the other posts in the Malware forum and the help that is given, has made me want to learn how be able to do the same for others - my Geek U application is in your in-tray!
