Hey guys.

I have another computer (Gigabyte). I also have 2 spare RAM pieces:

1. TwinMOS (doesn't tell me if it's DDR)
2. DDR333

I was wondering how to know if they are compatible with my second computer? Is there any software required to install the RAM?

Thanks.

Hey Dwight. :)

Thanks for the link. Yeah I checked it out and according to the site my second computer has reached its maximum memory. Neither of my RAM pieces appeared to be compatible either.

I guess I'll just sell them then.

Thanks again. :)

Hey rshaffer61. :)

Thanks for your help as well. The DDR333 wasn't compatible as you suggested, although some models are. Oh well.

Thanks again. :)

Since you didn't post anything about the other system or the specs we have no ideal how to advise you. I thought you were asking about what type of memory you already have. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hi again. :)

Ah sorry about that. It's ok. Your advice was perfect anyway. :)
