I have a program that I had downloaded about 6 months ago. The program works on my PC but I would like to be able to run it on my laptop. The download site is not available any longer. I found the original command but when I cmd.exe it won't accept it. Any other options?

no name - just says SiteChecker - when I click on it in the start menu, it directs me to the website and has me log in. The original site was amchelper.com - not sure if that helps.

When I open the program, this is what it says - "This program checks to see if a web page meets a certain condition. If so, it makes a sound and performs a task. If not, it will refresh the page and check again."
