Hello! I'm here to address an issue I have with my HP Pavilion

I've had this problem for more than a year now. Whenever I boot up my laptop it has a blank white screen. Also note that the white screen is like that for the WHOLE time. It doesn't appear back to normal or anything after a certain time, it's just like that the entire time.

By the way I cannot send this in for repair from a professional or for warranty as that has expired and I'm very low on money to spend nowadays.
