My old computer had a PCI-e 256MB ATI Radeon X800 XT And my new computer has a Integrated NVIDIA® GeForce® 6150 SE graphics. Which one is better?

Dedicated (separate) will always be better.
Unless the card's really really old, in which case integrated would be slightly better.
