When using Microsoft Word 2000 I click on Tools and the pull down menu appears, but for some reason, along with the usual options, I am offered 28 lines saying mail merge. I use Mail Merge frequently and it seems to grow each time I use it. Any suggestions on how to get back to having just one? Thanks very much.
