Outlook 2000 not receiving mail

I have a separate e-mail address for my domain name which goes to my Charter account. Yesterday, I stopped receiving mail. Well, not completely, but only received about 10 in the morning and 20 later in the day. I have send many tests messages and some of them have showed up hours later... but not all of them. Also, it doesn't seem to make any difference if they are addressed to the domain e-mail or Charter address.

I have done the repair option on the Outlook tools tab and I reinstalled the Outlook program from Office 2000.

If you got to tools e-mail accounts then click the account then change then press test account settings it may help. If the messages are getting there, albeit slowly, then it is probably down to the server and not your installation
