Please help. The "Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide" does not say which user account to log in with to start process. Does it matter, or should it be the administrator account? Your help is greatly appreciated. Most of my issues are with a secondary user account. However, the admin account is affected also.

Thank you,

Hello, StopVirus!

Welcome to Geeks to Go!

Run the tools in the administrator account. This will also clean problems in any other user accounts on your computer. If you are still having issues after following those steps, feel free to post your logs here and we will be happy to help!

Thanks!
