xp/ ubuntu 9.10 dual boot

hi, i'm new to ubuntu and i can get to gparted (booted with live disk, ubuntu ver. 9.10) but i dont know what to do when i get to the screen, i unmounted the sda1 drive and i want to allot 19gb to ubuntu and 1gb for the memory cashe thing i cant think of the name at the moment, then the rest of my hard drive to my winxp install. anyone help? tha'd be great thanks :)

When you open up GParted, you should see grey space which says "Unallocated" on it. This is the space you can use to create new partitions. To create a new partition, simply right click on the unallocated space and click "New Partition", and it will give you a chance to set up the partition to your liking.
