I bought a new cd/dvd rom drive with light scribe and ever since i insatlled the drive no letter drive shows up. The BIOS dont pick it up either. I even checked it in the device manager. Both the old drive and the new drive are HP products. I am running Microsoft Xp Professional version 2002 with service pack 3. Its an Intel Celeron® CPU 2.80GHz with 2.00 GB of RAM. Its a Dell Model Desktop.

Thanks,

Eric
