I'm a bit of a novice at sorting out computer problems, so i'd appreciate any help I can get on this :)

Basically, my computer got a blue screen error thing, and when I got it back up and running, everything seems small. I went onto Control Panel, and into "Accessability Options" and when I went to click "Configure Windows for you needs..." I got this error message.

"Windows cannot find C:WINDOWS\system32\accwiz"

Thanks in advance for your help :)

First do you have a Genuine Microsoft XP installation Disk
Second can you provide some system information:
Laptop or Desktop
Name brand or custom built
If name brand what is the make and model
The file you mentions is a system file and it needs ot be replaced. This can be accomplished by running either a SFC /SCANNOW or a Repair Installation
Which way we proceed will depend on the above information you provide.
