I'm Very frustrated right now! :tazz:

Everytime I try to run Word, I get a Runtime Error saying that the application has requested runtime to terminate in an unusual way. I don't know what the problem is and any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

P.S. I am using Windows 2000 and the Word 2000

No, it opens up correctly when I use that method, although during certain functions, it shows a message telling me that I need Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher (I have vers. 6.0) and that I need to install it or download it.

I'll see that :), and raise you :tazz: ;)

Do a search for normal.dot

start > search, check advanced and check the top three boxes in that section

delete any you find.

start Word the normal way--I suspect a corrupt template
