"Stand-by" works to the stand-by position, BUT will not start back up unless I do a hard turn off and turn back on. So, stand-by doesn't really work. Tried turn off, but it gives me the shut down screen, but then just stays on. This too requires hard turn off and turn back on. So, turn off doesn't really work.
Any ideas on what the problem is, and what the fix is?
