Hello my name is Gabby, Im sixteen, but I am not that computer savvy. Whenever I am on my computer randomly a blue screen will pop up. The last time it did it read at the top "BAD_POOL_CALLER", at the bottom of the blue screen it says "beggining dump of physical memory dump of physical memory complete". But when then I just restart the computer and it works fine. I'm pretty sure it's a virus of some sort, but I need help trying to remove it. One other thing, one extra gb of memory was stored before this started happening. Please help, I do not have a virus protection system and I dont know of any free ones. The one my mom bought was Defender PRO and it sucks haha.

If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line...I am unable to run any malware tools

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
