I need your guys' up programs . Im new @ this and frustrated!

I recently downloaded and installed Highjack this. The log keeps finding a program running in the back ground called msmsgs.exe"/background, I dont have msn messenger installed on my computer and have never even used that IM service before. Can you tell me if this is spyware or keylogger??
