I am looking to buy some laptop DVD Drives to make into external drives, but some of them do not come with faceplates. Are faceplates standard for drives, and could I just buy some spares to put on them?

Amazon.com seems to have the enclosures. Ebay seems to be the most likely place to find the face plates Here is a black one. He seems to have a decent reputation. Good luck sounds kinda like a good idea I wish I had thought of it. DVD-drives are slimmer on a laptop and I am always needing an external drive.
