i have a dell laptop that likes virus's more then it works....on second hard drive and now i got the darn Your PC Protector that won't let me download anything to get rid of it ....micro soft essentials is not updating and it won't put a damper on it .....help ....can repair them with soldering iron but not with finger tips .... help would be gratefull
