I can't run many programs the normal way besides internet explorer. This image below will show what exactly comes up on my screen. If anyone could help that would be very nice and I would greatly appreciate it. Throw some tips or whatever, because I just really want everything to run smoothly again.

Everything is fine now i just reinstalled xp but i'am getting a load of pop-ups now and it seems like xp is running a lot slower.
