Problem with taskmgr.exe [File to big to fit in memory]

Whenever I press CTRL+ALT+DEL or right click+taskmanager on taskbar the taskmgr.exe will open as a CMD saying "File to big to fit in memory" and my computer is pretty fast....Specs: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T660 @ 2.20Ghz,2.19GHZ,2.00gb of RAM Physical Address Extension . Toshiba L510 Notebook 2009
