Error With MsConfigs

Everytime i log into my computer a setup/install message comes up called MsConfigs since ive gotten this i cant run the task manager(ctrl+alt+delete)
and my computer has gotten really slower and everytime i shut off my computer a MsConfigs Error comes up and i have to end the task wat can i do to fix this i have ran adware and search and destroy nothing it doesnt get fixed

hi,
well,you need to download a small free utility named Hijackthis from http://80.237.140.19...ackthis_199.zip
it's a zip file.so,you need to extract it under the location c:\program files\HJT.you will not find a HJT folder.it is obvious that you need to create one.
once you do that,you have to do a HJT scan and save a log file by double-clicking on the icon hijackthis.exe in the location c:\program files\HJT.the log file will appear in notepad format.copy the log from the notepad and paste it in the forum.you will get the needful help.

that file is a worm and mcafee kills it when i unzip it
