Hmm strange because the symptoms are showing its not booting to the cdrom.
Well thats not going to work it seems like it.
There are other live cd's that can be gotten.
Knoppix is another one I use.

Would you suggest I use a different one? or perhaps I could try to upload a video to show you what is happening if it isn't very clear.

You can go HERE and get the knoppix iso and use the burning program from before to burn the iso file. Try it and see if it will boot.
It has to be burned as a image or iso disk. Data will not work and you can't burn it as a bootable disk. The ISO does it all on its own.

One closest to you and only make sure it is a cd iso and not a dvd iso.

Not a problem, this can't be your life, and I keep thinking I have it, but I really don't, I'm not even sure what version of knoppix this is. The adriane thing keeps messing me up, i go to graphic programs then full session, it starts up, then when i get to copying my music, it freezes.

If you got it from the link I sent it should be the newest one.
I would suggest using the default settings or if the resolutions are to big just increase one step and use it.
No need to have perfect graphics when all you are using it for is to get your files copied off.
