Computer Won't Start After Combofix!

Hi, my laptop was infected with a virus and I was somehow able to run combofix. The program ran, and then rebooted my system. After it started back up (and every time I try to start it up since), I get to the "welcome" screen where I can choose the user (only thing listed is myself). When I click on that, it plays the start up music, acts like it is going to do something, then says "logging off", and puts me right back to the welcome screen. I really need help here, I am lost and unsure what to do, and I cannot use my computer at all!
