Windows 7 x64 irq_gt_zero_at_system_service BSOD

Hey there folks. I've been running 7x64 for a few weeks now and things seem alright for the most part.

A few quirks like all programs using the internet hanging for like 2 minutes and then working again. I suspect utorrent but that's a different story.

I'm getting irq_gt_zero_at_system_service BSODs more than I would like and was wondering if someone could help me figure out what's causing it.
