i want to get videos on my mp3 but when i get the videos on the mp3 and start it it says unknown format the model is MP605-4G company coby
and the current computer windows 7

The coby player can only play videos in the proprietary 'mtv' format, and they must have a resolution of 160 x 128, otherwise they won't play. You must use the software supplied with the player to convert videos to mtv and set the resolution of them.

i got the mp3 from my friend and he dose not have the disk and also their already are in mtv format but it still says unknown format
