I am not sure which malware version I have, but I get the balloon pop-up that says "windows security alert" with a red icon with a white x in my task bar. The message either says that I have no protection and tells me to click the balloon etc, and then sometimes it tells me that my symantic antivirus autoprotect is not on and tell me to click the balloon (my antivirus software is on, and I did not click it). I am sure that at some point a long time ago I must have clicked the balloon, or my 5 year old did, so I am not sure what program tried to download. I have run spybot, norton, ccleaner, and no viruses or issues are found. I also have zone alarm installed. I downloaded and ran TFC, ERUNT, Malwarebytes, GMER and OTL per the instructions. Not sure which of these I need to post, or what my next step is.

Thank you
