Help with Aurora popups!

Hi, I think my computer has been hijacked by Aurora. I seem to be getting up to 5 popups every minute. It is so frustrating..I have been looking at other members posts on the same topic..but being that I am computer illiterate, I am more confused than I started in the first place.
