Unable to install Silverlight

Hi -

I am unable to install Microsoft Silverlight on my Lenovo T400 laptop running Microsoft XP. It gets to 90%, and then errors out with error 1603.

I then manually uninstall the app through Add/Remove Programs and try again to no avail. Any thoughts?
