I viewed a few other posts on the matter but none of them have the same issues when using HiJackThis so all i could do was remove SvcProc service that is mentioned. Here is the log from HiJackThis:

Im not really sure what ones to delete and keep <shrug> As some of them are not programs i am aware of but i am to afraid to delete the stuff i dont know in fear it will ruin my hard drive. Thanks for any advice!
