Boot into Safe mode (F8 after a boot). Select the top Safe Mode option. Log in as your usual login. Then run Hijackthis, Scan Only and check these:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=127.0.0.1:5555
O2 - BHO: {b45a100a-1af1-8468-c054-8363a6abfb40} - {04bfba6a-3638-450c-8648-1fa1a001a54b} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1506498C-971C-4093-95C9-CEEB8BD26B08} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [rvtmrmnh] C:\Documents and Settings\user1\Local Settings\Application Data\cpkrer\cgsnsftav.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [rvtmrmnh] C:\Documents and Settings\user1\Local Settings\Application Data\cpkrer\cgsnsftav.exe

Then close your browser and Fix Checked. Reboot

Can you now download and run MBAM, GMER and/or OTL now?
