I want to know that say you do something nline and use a proxy police can still track you down right

if so if you were to change your ip address would they still be able to track you sown to your current location even with yuor new ip or no

Your IP address is usually assigned via DHCP to your PC or router if you have one. Changing the IP address is trivial if you have a router.
