Greetings!

Like others posting here I started receiving *you are infected* warnings/popups. At first malwarebytes would not update or run, norton antivirus found ava.exe and quarantined that file.

I found I could in fact run malwarebytes if I right-clicked and updated/ran as administrator. Did that and found several things. Log is attached.

Followed your initial protocols and ran the temp file cleaner, and then Erunt. Another malwarebytes run revealed no further infections but I was suspicious so I ran GMER and OTL. Logs attached.

My system is not running well, still. I'm hoping for some advice. Thanks in advance!
