Computer Running REALLY Slow...maybe virtumonde? Help please!

I believe my computer has virtumonde.. I ran Spybot S&D and it detected it... I need some help getting rid of this, I have no idea how! If anyone could help me out that would be awesome. What is the first step I need to take?
